I made this site for two reasons:

  • Firstly to ensure you can find as much information as I can collect from all the different sources to reduce your time requirement, but most of all for
  • presenting to you an option that is available which i use myself almost every day to give me the energy i need and the good nights sleep I have been looking for.

If you have a Sleep Disorder the last thing you would want is additional health issues as well. This is why I spent months looking for my answer.

I have found it, used it and love it.

It has turned my life around.
